Chai Tea Vanilla Milk Shake
Ingredients:
3 leveled teaspoons loose tea
4 cardamom pods,bruised or 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
3 cups water
2 cups vanilla ice cream
Preparation:
Mix tea leaves, cardamom, ginger, and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer for 10 minutes until the liquid is reduced to 2 cups
Remove from heat and cool to room temprature.
Blend vanilla ice cream and cooled tea concentrate in a blender.
Pour in tall glasses and serve.
(serves: 3-4)
